Service Description
TaxEase NG is a Nigerian tax filing and financial management tool for individual taxpayers, freelancers, and small businesses. It helps you track income and expenses, generate invoices, and calculate and file FIRS-compliant tax returns.
Your Obligations
By using TaxEase NG, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when using the service
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with all applicable FIRS filing requirements and deadlines
Payments
All payment processing is handled by Paystack. TaxEase NG never stores your card details — Paystack manages this data directly and securely.
Limitation of Liability
TaxEase NG is a software tool, not a licensed tax adviser. While we aim for accuracy in our tax calculations, you remain responsible for verifying your filings and obligations, and should consult a licensed tax professional for advice specific to your situation.
Record Keeping
You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of financial records for the 6-year retention period required by FIRS, in addition to what TaxEase NG retains on your behalf.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
